Ngumba-Dal Learning Community

Project description:

I developed all professional correspondence materials and stationery for the Ngumba-Dal Learning Community upon its formation in early 2012. This included the development of a Style Guide for all communication as well as producing a corporate identity for all five schools in the Learning Community. I created new professional templates for newsletters, letterheads, booklets, banners, invitations and certificates. I also conducted a number of professional learning sessions for staff members in all five schools covering standards compliance, branding, proper use of templates and photography.

The new professional standard documents created a noticeable increase in positive community perception about the schools involved, and at the launch event of the Ngumba-Dal Learning Community I was publicly congratulated by School Education Director John Dowling for my work. At the end of 2012 I was also awarded the NSW Department of Education and Communities Regional Director’s Award for Outstanding Service to the Ngumba-Dal Learning Community.
